Mary Ellen,

You're welcome! It's really smart of you to freeze your bananas before they go bad!

Food Renegade,

I'm glad you're excited too! This recipe turned out really well. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Banana Bread!

We've been grain-free for a while, but we're slowly starting to reintroduce grains (properly prepared, of course) in small amounts for special occasions.

This looks yummy.

Thanks for sharing it in today's Fight Back Fridays carnival.

Cheers,
KristenM

Motherhen,

You're welcome! Wow, you got a great deal on those bananas! Great job!

Emily,

I'm always looking for soaked breads too. I made this as muffins and in loaf pans. Both turned out well. Just adjust the time the pans are in the oven. :-)

Could you share your other soaked recipes? That would be so helpful!

Wow, thanks! This is great. I am always looking for more soaked sweet breads to add to my collection. I wonder if this would work well as muffins???

Thanks for the link. My kid love banana bread. A few weeks ago, I scored a deal on organic bananas, like 21lbs for 3.00! So I've got plenty of bananas frozen and in suspension, awaiting their tasty final result. :)
