Interesting book, I’ll have to see if I can find a copy. Nourishing Traditions…I do have and have many friends that have it and are following along with the nutrient dense.

You know, I’ve been thinking a lot about where our family fits in in our society. I had no idea there was such a thing as “crunchy cons” LOL. I’ll have to check out that book.

I recognized a lot of our family in Crunchy Cons–almost uncomfortably so. I always hate to think we’re part of a trend, not just a family making individual choices right for us.

Otherwise, I enjoyed the book a lot!
