Tait and Lauren are a Christian couple that just had their first son.  They were excited about his birth, but had no idea how quickly it would come. At 27 weeks along, the unexpected happened, baby Tait Jr. was born.  He weighed 2 pounds 9 ounces and measured 14¼ inches.  The family is doing well, but have enormous medical bills.

Here is their situation…

“We are currently attempting to raise $51,644 by June 3rd. If we do not raise that amount by the 4th, then our bill will be turned over to collections, and will skyrocket to the original total of $186,769.  With God’s blessing, work on our part, and the help of the body of Christ, it can be done!”

New Art Work Is Coming….

I’m working on new paintings the next Nesting Place reveal.  They will be debuting around May 22nd!

I’ll also be introducing some new prints for sale at Thrifty Decor Chick this Thursday or Friday.

So, is the sink still clean?  For the most part, yes.  There have been a few days last week that it didn’t get cleaned out.

I didn’t wake up to a shiny sink. (sniff)  I still cleaned the kitchen, but it wasn’t as tidy as it once was.  Want to know what happened?

Well, lest you think that everything is always sunshine and roses around here….my whole family is recovering from some kind of nasty bug.  I’m focusing on the word RECOVERING!  We are all doing much better…just wanted you to know that we are real people too.

No it’s not a new baby…it’s a tassel from Nester!
This little cutie came in the mail last Friday and it felt like Christmas opening the package. I’m sure you all have seen the wonderful tassels she makes. They are even more beautiful in person!

My little friend has a special place in my kitchen, to help with all the cooking and cleaning that goes on around here.
Our kids seem like they are eating all the time! I feed them a nice lunch and about thirty miniutes later they are saying “I’m HUNGRY!”.

Oh, boy….back to the kitchen.
Sweet hungry kids.
See you all tomorrow…they’re hungry again!
